Ben Chilwell Admits To The Change In Chelsea’s Defense Under Graham Potter

Chelsea Left-back Ben Chilwell has recently given his thoughts about the major change that has taken place at the West London club under new Head Coach Graham Potter.

Chelsea have kept 5 clean sheets in 8 of their games under Graham Potter across all competitions. The West London club almost made it 6 back-to-back clean sheets against Manchester United on Saturday but Brazilian National Casemiro stole a last minute equaliser to deny Chelsea the maximum 3 points and also ruined their clean sheet.

Speaking to Chelsea website in an exclusive interview after the draw against Manchester United, Ben Chilwell revealed that the Defense has become Chelsea’s Strongest position under Graham Potter.

The England International said: “I think that is something we have brought on leaps and bounds since the manager came in, the defensive togetherness, we are keeping clean sheets and we nearly kept another one versus Manchester United.”

“We just need to keep building on that, keep that defensive unit strong as a whole team and then build from there.”
