Chelsea are potentially looking at bringing in another centre back in the near future, one who will eventually replace Thiago Silva.
The Brazilian international has been colossal at the back for Chelsea since arriving on a free transfer this summer. But the down side of this of course is when he does leave, there will be a gaping hole once again.
The veteran is 36-years old now, so expect names to start being linked to Chelsea as a replacement.
The latest one is Cagliari centre back Sebastian Walukiewicz, according to the paper version of Corriere dello Sport, as cited by The Sun.
Chelsea are set to join Inter Milan, Manchester United, and Liverpool in an attempt to sign the 20-year old Poland international, who is valued at £54million by his club after signing a new deal recently.
The 6ft 2in tall defender has become a regular for Cagliari in Serie A this season after a string of impressive performances.
